Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or utilizing the SnowBridge digital wealth and execution platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must cease use immediately.
2. Institutional Nature of Platform
SnowBridge operates as an advanced technology platform engineered to administer digital asset custody, liquidity routing, and automated settlement protocols. Access to platform features is granted to verified participants.
3. Participant Eligibility & Verification
To access the platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 14 (fourteen) years of age, possessing valid capacity or parental/legal representative consent where mandated by law.
- Not be an entity or individual subject to international financial sanctions (OFAC, UN, EU Sanction Lists).
- Provide genuine, verifiable identity information and maintain continuous account security.
4. Digital Asset Operations & Settlements
The platform supports custody, transfers, and settlements in recognized digital assets (such as BTC on the native Bitcoin network, and USDT and USDC on BNB Smart Chain, Tron, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum and Base) and linked settlement gateways:
- Asset Segregation: All digital assets administered through the platform are held in cryptographically verifiable, segregated structures.
- Deterministic Transactions: On-chain transfers and withdrawals are irreversible once confirmed by network consensus. The user assumes sole responsibility for providing valid recipient blockchain addresses.
- Transparent Execution: All operational costs and network fees are shown clearly in the transaction review prior to dispatch.
- Network Selection: Each supported network has its own deposit address and balance. Assets must be sent only through the network selected in the wallet; assets sent through another network may be lost. Deposits below the network minimum are held until the minimum is reached, and network deposits may carry a deposit fee shown on the receive screen.
5. Credential Security & Multifactor Authentication (2FA)
Participants are solely responsible for safeguarding credentials, session tokens, and security keys. We require two-factor authentication (2FA) for sensitive operations, withdrawals, and security parameter updates. SnowBridge staff will never ask for your account password or 2FA secret.
6. Integrity & Prohibited Conduct
Participants agree not to utilize the platform for:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or proliferation financing.
- Fraudulent schemes, unauthorized arbitrage exploitation, or manipulation of platform liquidation queues.
- Automated vulnerability scanning, denial-of-service attempts, or reverse-engineering of proprietary algorithms.
7. Risk Disclosure
Digital assets are subject to market volatility and technological risks. SnowBridge utilizes automated risk management and institutional security safeguards, but does not guarantee speculative yields. Participants must exercise independent judgement when activating digital asset allocations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, SnowBridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages, blockchain forks, or participant credential compromises.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be settled by confidential arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized commercial arbitration rules.
